Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) – Field Officer

Department: Business Development & Field Operations
Organization: Avenir (Kinshippay India Private Limited)
Objective:To identify, onboard, and support qualified NKS POINTS agents while ensuring compliance with documentation and monthly targets.
1. Daily Responsibilities
A. New Visits (5 per day)
- Visit a minimum of 5 new prospects daily who may be eligible to become NKS POINTS agents.
- Introduce KDA Microfinance and explain the role, responsibilities, and benefits of becoming an NKS POINT.
- Collect basic information: Name, address, mobile number, and interest level.
- Maintain a log of all new visits with remarks.
B. Follow-up Visits (2 per day)
- Conduct follow-up visits with at least 2 previously met prospects daily.
- Review their status: document readiness, interest level, and availability for training.
- Resolve any queries or concerns related to onboarding or the NKS POINTS program.
C. Document Collection (1 per day)
- Collect at least 1 complete set of documents from a qualified and interested candidate per day.

Required documents include:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Passbook/Statements
- Address Proof
- Passport-size photograph
2. Monthly Target
- Successfully recruit and activate a minimum of 5 NKS POINTS each month.

Ensure all recruited NKS POINTS complete:
- Document verification
- IIBF Certification (within 3 months)
- Initial training and onboarding
- Start loan processing activities within 15 days of onboarding
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit a daily activity report before 6:00 PM via the prescribed app or Excel format.
- Include details of new visits, follow-ups, document status, and feedback from prospects.
- At the end of each month, provide a Monthly Performance Summary to the Branch Manager or designated supervisor.
4. Conduct & Ethics
- Carry your official ID card at all times during field visits.
- Maintain professional behavior and dress code.
- Do not collect any money or fees from NKS POINTS candidates.
- Uphold the company’s values of honesty, integrity, and customer-first approach.
5. Additional Duties
- Organize or assist in conducting monthly meetings with NKS POINTS to discuss performance, challenges, and updates.
- Immediately report any suspicious or fraudulent activity by agents or prospects.
- Support new NKS POINTS during their initial 15 days for successful loan application processing.
Salary Terms & Conditions – Field Officer
1. Salary Structure
- Base Salary: ₹15500 per month (not fixed).
- According to the company's policy, you will receive a salary if you complete 100 points.
- You cannot claim salary if you do not earn 100 points every month.

Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives may be awarded based on:
- Number of active 5 NKS POINTS recruited monthly
- Document collection accuracy
- On-time reporting and meeting of monthly targets
- Loan disbursement/recovery support
2. Payout Schedule
- Salary will be paid 5th of each month of the following month via bank transfer.
- Incentives, if applicable, will be processed separately and credited by the 15th of each month.
3. Deductions
- Any applicable statutory deductions (such as TDS or professional tax) shall be made as per government norms.
- Absenteeism without prior approval may result in a pro-rated deduction from the monthly salary.
4. Attendance Requirement
- Minimum 26 working days/month are required to qualify for full salary.
- Half-day may be counted if daily visit minimums (5 new + 2 follow-up + 1 document) are not met consistently.
- Late reporting or non-submission of daily report may result in deduction or disciplinary action.
5. Reimbursements
- Fuel/travel allowances may be paid based on company policy (if applicable).
- All claims must be supported with proper documentation and submitted monthly.
6. Probation Period
- The employee will be on probation for 3-6 months.

During this period, performance will be evaluated based on:
- Minimum 5 active NKS POINTS setup monthly
- Daily reporting accuracy
- Field feedback and conduct
Upon successful completion of probation, the employee may be confirmed and become eligible for increment or bonuses or promossion.
7. Termination & Exit Clause
- Either party may terminate employment by giving one month’s written notice or one month’s gross salary in lieu of notice.
- Full & Final Settlement will be made within 45 working days from the date of exit, after return of all company property and completion of exit formalities.
