Position: District Manager
Salary: ₹25,500 per month
Target: 800 points/month (performance-based)
Key Requirement: Establish and manage 5-10 branches minimum
Recruitment Process
1. Job Posting
- Publish the job on online job portals, social media, and local newspapers.
- Highlight salary, targets, and growth opportunities.
2. Application Screening
- Minimum qualifications: preferably graduate.
- Preferred: Prior experience in sales, networking, or team leadership.
3. Initial Interview (Phone/Online)
- Assess communication skills, leadership potential, and basic understanding of targets.
4. In-Person Interview
- Evaluate strategic thinking, team-building ability, and field readiness.
- Ask candidate how they plan to build and manage 5 -10 branches.
5. Training & Induction

- Product Knowledge
- Points System
- Branch Setup Procedures
- Compliance & Reporting
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Branch Establishment
- Establish and activate at least 5 functioning Avenir branches.
- Identify and recruit Branch Managers or Team Leads for each location.
2. Recruitment & Team Building
- Appoint team members (field officers) under each branch to meet the monthly target of 800 points.
- There will always be 6 field officers active in each branch.
- Conduct weekly team reviews and training sessions.
3. Performance Monitoring
- Ensure each branch contributes proportionately to the district’s point target.
- Track daily/weekly performance via CRM or reporting tools(Telegram).
4. Sales & Business Development
- Conduct field visits and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships or local awareness campaigns to drive point generation.
5. Reporting
- Submit weekly reports on branch status, team performance, and progress toward point targets.
- Address underperformance or operational issues promptly.
6. Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all team members follow Avenir’s code of conduct.
- Avoid any form of misrepresentation or unethical business practices.
Performance Review

Monthly review based on:
- Points achieved (out of 800 every months)
- Number of active branches (minimum 5-10)
- Team performance and growth
7. Termination & Exit Clause
- Either party may terminate employment by giving one month’s written notice or one month’s gross salary in lieu of notice.
- Full & Final Settlement will be made within 45 working days from the date of exit, after return of all company property and completion of exit formalities.
